• Studio will be required to pay for Groups in August 2024
• You will need to register each student in each group and invite them to register. Studios pay all associated fees unless the competitor has registered independently for a solo/duo/trio. The Studio will be invoiced separately for the Competitor Entry Fee on 15th August 2024. You will not be invoiced for performers who have already registered a solo/duo/trio
• Troupe ages will be the average age of the performers - ages are taken from 1st Jan 2024
• We understand that things change with group members, you'll be able to update performers in each group until the beginning of August 2024
• We want to make it as easy as possible for you by waitiing until closer to the event. 
• By then any of your students entering a solo/duo/trio independently from your studio will have paid for their competitor entry fee, so these will not be charged to your studio.
• We will let you know when you have to pay for your troupes!

• It is preferred Duo/Trio entries are done by the parent of the performer.
• Age taken from 1^st Jan 2024
• The oldest performer MUST register the Duo/Trio in the correct age category and then invite the other performers
• All performers should register a profile first and pay the performers fee.

• We recommend that you encourage students to enter their own solos to save you time (you will still  be able to access their music uploads, scores and critiques through your Studio Portal, even if they register themselves).
• If you would like to enter solos on behalf of your students you will need to create an account for each individual student using the Performer Portal.
• You will require the Student's full name, date of birth, address as well as Parent Contact Details.

• Your students can access their Music Uploads, Live Event schedule / program, Scores and Critiques using their login (First Name & Last Name OR Email address, and a Password)
• For each student who is Linked to your Studio Account, you will ALSO be able to access their Music, Scores and Critiques.
• Students are automatically linked when they enter Your Studio in their Performer Profile.
